1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and PixPromptly (“we,” “us,” “our”) regarding your use of pixpromptly.com and all related content, tools, and services provided on this website.

By visiting our website, browsing prompts, using our free prompt generator tool, subscribing to our newsletter, or purchasing any digital product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

PixPromptly provides the following services, all of which are subject to these Terms:

• Free AI Photo Prompts — A library of copy-paste ready prompts for use with AI tools including Google Gemini, ChatGPT, and Midjourney.
• Free AI Prompt Generator Tool — An on-site tool that generates custom AI photo prompts based on user inputs.
• Newsletter Subscription — Weekly email delivery of new and trending AI prompts.
• Premium Prompt Packs — Paid digital PDF products containing curated, detailed AI photo prompts organized by category.
• Blog & Educational Content — Guides and tutorials on using AI photo editing tools.

We do not provide AI image generation itself. All AI processing is performed by third-party platforms (Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) which have their own terms of service.

3. Use of Free Prompts

3a. What You Can Do

• Copy and paste any free prompt from our website for personal use.
• Use our prompts to generate AI images for personal, creative, or commercial projects.
• Share your AI-generated images on social media and credit PixPromptly if you wish (not required but appreciated).
• Reference our prompts in blog posts, videos, or social content with a link back to our website.

3b. What You Cannot Do

• Republish, copy, or reproduce our prompt collections as your own website, product, or platform.
• Scrape, bulk download, or programmatically extract prompts from our website without written permission.
• Resell free prompts from our website as your own product.
• Use our branding, logo, or website name without permission.
• Frame or mirror our website without written permission.

4. Premium Prompt Packs — License & Usage

When you purchase a Premium Prompt Pack from PixPromptly (via Gumroad or Payhip), you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the prompts in that pack.

4a. Your License Includes:

• Use of all prompts in the purchased pack for your own personal or commercial AI image generation projects.
• Unlimited personal use of the prompts within the pack.
• Lifetime access to the version purchased (no expiry).

4b. Your License Does NOT Include:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the PDF pack with others.
• Uploading the PDF to any file-sharing platform, group, or channel.
• Claiming the prompts as your own original creation and selling them as a product.
• Creating a competing prompt library or product using our premium content.

5. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads that are accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be satisfied.

• Eligible for Refund: If the digital file is corrupted, inaccessible, or significantly different from what was described, contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@pixpromptly.com and we will issue a full refund.
• Not Eligible for Refund: Change of mind, accidental purchase after the file has been downloaded, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (results depend on third-party AI tools, not our prompts).
• Process: Refunds are processed via the original platform (Gumroad/Payhip) within 5–10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on PixPromptly — including but not limited to prompt text, website design, graphics, layout, blog posts, tool interfaces, and brand elements — is the intellectual property of PixPromptly and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

The PixPromptly name, logo, and branding are trademarks of PixPromptly. You may not use our trademarks without express written permission.

AI-generated images produced using our prompts are owned by the user who generated them, subject to the terms of service of the respective AI platform used (Google Gemini, OpenAI, etc.).

7. User Responsibilities

By using PixPromptly, you agree to:

• Use our website and prompts only for lawful purposes.
• Not use our prompts to generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing, or harmful.
• Not use our prompts to generate non-consensual intimate imagery of real people.
• Not use our tools to generate deepfakes intended to deceive or defraud others.
• Comply with the terms of service of any AI platform you use our prompts with.
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of our website.

We reserve the right to deny service to any user who violates these responsibilities.

8. Third-Party AI Platforms

Our prompts are designed for use with third-party AI tools including Google Gemini, ChatGPT by OpenAI, and Midjourney. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

Results from AI image generation vary depending on the platform, its current capabilities, your uploaded photo quality, and other factors. We do not guarantee any specific output or result. We are not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party AI platforms that affect prompt performance.
• Any content generated by AI platforms using our prompts.
• Data you upload to third-party AI platforms.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

PixPromptly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Guarantees that prompts will produce specific AI image results.
• Guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free website operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixPromptly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Advertising

PixPromptly displays advertisements through Google AdSense and potentially other ad networks. These ads help us keep the website free. By using our website, you acknowledge that:

• Ads may be displayed on various pages of the website.
• Ad content is determined by Google and other networks, not by us.
• We are not responsible for the content, products, or services advertised.
• You may use ad-blocking software, though we appreciate disabling it to support our free content.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in other jurisdictions, local consumer protection laws may also apply.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PixPromptly shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation via email. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the appropriate courts of Pakistan.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PixPromptly at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of our website.
